Expert in Business Strategy and Organizational Development Joins ITTIA Advisory Board

ITTIA today announced that Mahyar Rahbarrad, a business strategy and organizational development expert from The Boeing Company, has joined the ITTIA Advisory Board. Mr. Rahbarrad will provide guidance on strategic planning, market and product strategy, e-business planning and implementation, and organizational focus as ITTIA targets opportunities in the embedded data management, mobilization and integration markets.

September 30, 2001 — Bellevue, WA — Members of the Advisory Board will meet regularly to discuss technology and customer acquisition and retention issues that affect ITTIA. The board will also focus on internal organizational topics, such as developing the culture that will best achieve ITTIA's goals and the communication structure of its various departments.

Mr. Rahbarrad currently is a Program Manager at Boeing focusing on developing cost analysis software that is used by airlines worldwide to support their engineering modification decisions. Responsibilities include establishing and implementing business plans, product and e-business strategy deployment, setting strategic direction and market focus, and supporting higher-level organizational decisions. He also plays a pivotal role in working with clients and partners to define product requirements.

Mr. Rahbarrad holds a B.S. in aerospace engineering from the University of Kansas. He has also trained in business and management at the University of Washington, the Wharton School and at USC's Marshall School of Business.
